摘要
Stabilized Ni nanoparticles were prepared via feasible one-pot hydrothermal treatment of SBA-15. XPS, H-2-TPR and TEM results reveal that the strong interaction between Ni and support in silicate precursor could effectively produce small-sized Ni particles with an average size of 5.1 nm and inhibit the sintering of Ni. So-prepared catalyst showed improved activity and stability towards DRM. Noticeably, neglectable carbon deposition was detected on the spent catalyst after a 30-hours catalytic run at 650 degrees C. Such high performance is attributed to the enhanced stabilization of Ni nanoparticles, which could harbor massive active sites and restrain the growth of carbon species.
