个人简介：

2006年博士毕业于美国Northeastern University, 美国Brookhaven National Laboratory 博士后。上海光源衍射组组长，上海市物理学会X射线衍射与同步辐射专业委员会副主任委员。长期致力于X-射线衍射方法和技术的发展，从2000年开始从事同步辐射应用研究，自2008年起在上海光源作为主要设计人和实施人先后研制多套基于同步辐射衍射技术原位研究装置，提升材料高分辨结构解析，以及材料高温状态下原位生长、锂电池构效关系、熔盐与核材料动态作用、变气氛环境及多技术联用时间分辨等服役环境下的原位微观探测能力。发表SCI论文90余篇，国家技术发明专利9项。
