简历

许子健研究员,博导,长期从事X射线谱学显微方法学发展和数据分析技术研究。建成国内首个X射线扫描相干衍射成像(ptychography)平台,实现了低剂量、高分辨(7nm)、大视场(百微米)、高效率的ptychography方法,有力支持了光源用户的高水平研究工作。先后主持5项国家和上海市自然基金项目,主持1项国家重点研发课题,发表论文70余篇。
