李久盛,男,研究员/博导,2002年毕业于上海交通大学,材料学博士。在润滑油及其添加剂领域拥有近30年的工作经验,研究方向包括:润滑油添加剂分子设计、合成及其作用机理的研究,润滑油合成基础油关键制备技术开发及其构效关系研究,高端润滑油脂核心配方技术的开发和应用研究。目前已在国内外期刊发表 SCI论文 80 余篇,申请专利 50 余项(授权20余项),在润滑行业拥有较强的影响力。
